Terms of Use

1. What the Service is

The Service lists remote AI-training job opportunities published by third-party platforms, such as Mercor and micro1, and offers free tools to track your applications, set reminders and receive job alerts. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we are not part of the hiring process of any platform.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there.

3. Job listings

Listings come from the platforms that post them. We show a short summary and link to the platform for full details. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that any job is available, that its pay or requirements are correct, or that you will be hired. Always check the details on the platform before applying.

Applications, contracts and payments for any job are between you and the platform. Their own terms apply.

4. Referral links

Some links to platforms include our referral code. If you join or are hired through them, the platform may pay us a fee. This never costs you anything. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

5. Your content

Notes, cards, saved searches and profile answers you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. Don't add content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't try to access other people's accounts, interfere with the Service's operation, send it automated traffic at a volume a person couldn't, or use it to break the law or any platform's terms.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a third-party platform, a job listing, or a missed email. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Nuevo León, Mexico, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll let account holders know by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
