AI Remote Work Dashboard is free because some links to job platforms are referral links.
How it works
When you click Apply, you go to the platform through our link, which may add our referral code. Today that applies to Mercor and micro1. If you join or are hired through the link, the platform may pay us a referral fee under its own referral program.
What it means for you
It never costs you anything, and it doesn't change your pay or your chances of being hired. Jobs are listed and sorted the same way whether or not they earn us a fee. We mark referral links with a short notice next to the Apply button.
