Privacy Notice
Last updated October 1, 2026
This notice explains what personal data AI Remote Work Dashboard collects, why, and the choices you have. El Barrial Devs, of Santiago, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for your data.
1. What we collect
If you only browse, we don't ask for any personal data.
If you create an account, we keep: your email address; the profile answers you choose to give (field of work, skills, languages, country, availability and target pay); your tracker cards, notes, dates and stage history; your platform statuses; your saved searches; and your email preferences.
When you click Apply, we record which job was clicked and when (and your account, if you're signed in), so we can measure referrals. Our hosting providers also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
2. Why we use it
We use your data to provide the Service: to sign you in, show your board, send the emails you ask for (sign-in links, the welcome email, follow-up reminders and job alerts), match jobs to your profile, keep the Service secure, and understand how referral links are used. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
We rely on providing the Service you requested (contract) and our legitimate interest in running and securing it. Where the law requires consent, for example for optional emails, you can withdraw it at any time in Email settings.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They may process data in the United States or other countries, under contracts and safeguards that protect it.
When you apply through our links, the platform (for example Mercor or micro1) receives our referral code. It doesn't receive your data from us. Anything you give a platform is covered by its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep by law. Click records not linked to an account may be kept for statistics.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and Mexico's personal data protection law (your ARCO rights), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy. You can stop optional emails at any time in Email settings. To make a request, email us at 1960bcv@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to each account's data is restricted to that account. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe.
7. Children
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this notice. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let account holders know by email.
